Rovers fell to defeat against London Lions, this afternoon, after back-to-back-to-back home wins.

A changed Rovers side was named by Chris Robson, with Tom Baggaley and Mason Watkins-Clark out of the side, Baggaley through suspension.

It took five minutes for The Lions to open the scoring, Max Davis curled his effort into the top corner, past Heath, a strike that could be considered as Goal of the Season.

Jack Mattey added a second in the 24th minute, curling into the bottom corner from the edge of the area, after a spell of poor defending from the visitors,

The Rovers had multiple chances to draw one back, all of which were saved by the Lions shot-stopper, Nathan Bloohn. The Rovers most notable chance came in the 54th minute, when Hall had his penalty saved.

The Lions sealed the game in the 71st minute, courtesy of Daniel Creese. His attempt smashed off the post into the bottom corner, to put the Lions three ahead.
