Seale's goal defeats The Waders!

The Rovers picked up their second win of the season, after a scrappy 1-0 victory against Biggleswade Town!

The Rovers started fast, almost breaking the deadlock immediately, only to be cut out with a great tackle from Lee Watkins.

The deadlock was broken in the 29th minute, thanks to Rawn Seale! Fabio Silvestri’s through ball, dinked over The Waders back line, which was mishandled by Broome-Alexander, and Seale poked into an empty net!

Tali Jallow was booked moments before the halftime whistle. The Rovers started rapidly, having an attempt scrambled off the line by the visitors.

The Rovers managed to hold on for three valuable points, which takes them outside the danger zone! Leighton Town are next up for Barton Rovers, on Tuesday evening in the County Cup!
